Staff were friendly

Terrible location, things in the room broken, hot water ran out very quickly, no breakfast included, although website said it was, value for money very poor as way to expensive for what you get, you can pay less and get more closer to the beach and Legian/Kuta. Not happy would like to have a refund of at least 50%.

Very polite and sympathetic personnel. We have stay there for three persons in room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms- this is very comfortoble. I recommend this hotel to group of friends.
